Hangzhou Xingfa Spring Co., Ltd. is located by the charming and prosperous Fuchun River, 30 kms southwest of Hangzhou, which is convenient in transportation. With its 20 years of spring manufacturing experience as a private- owned enterprise, and as a member of the China Spring Association and the China Spring Standardization Committee, Xingfa is one of the leading spring manufacturers in China. The company has 360 employees totally, 120 of whom are from technical and management .It has 350 sets of production, inspection and testing equipment. It owns a Provincial Hi-tech R&D Center and ranks among the “Creditworthy Company to Abiding by the Contract” and the “Provincial Hi-Tech Enterprise”.

      Xingfa Spring Co., Ltd. consists of two branch factories: Hot Coiled Spring Factory and Suspension Spring Factory. The Hot Coiled Spring Factory, with annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, is capable of designing and manufacturing springs with wire diameter of 15-100mm, applying into fields of railway, high speed train, power station, engineering machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, elevator etc. Suspension Spring Factory is specialized in producing vehicle suspension springs and brake springs (annual capacity of 1500,000 pieces).

The Joint Venture Hangzhou Fuchun Spring Co., Ltd., founded in July，2002, consists of Automotive Compression Spring Workshop and Special-shaped Spring Workshop and Furniture Spring Workshop. The former mainly produces the OEM compression spring (clutch spring, door hinge spring, rear-view mirror spring, valve spring, with annual capacity of 100 million units); Special-shaped Spring Workshop produces sports apparatus spring, brake shoe spring, special profiled bar spring, mechanical spring, electric apparatus spring, gauge spring, various precision spring, torsion spring, extension spring, snap spring and special-shaped spring of thousands of series totally. Furniture Spring Workshop produces chair springs; wavy spring (curved, straight, rolls).
